Welcome to Mr. G’s Classroom!
Hello, students and families! I’m so glad you’re here. This website is your central resource for staying informed, prepared, and connected throughout the school year.
I currently teach 5th- and 6th-Grade Mathematics and Science at Barkdull Faulk Elementary School. I also teach a combined 5th- and 6th-Grade Choir, which meets on Fridays.
My goal is to create meaningful learning experiences that help every student build confidence, strengthen essential skills, think critically, and grow academically and creatively. Whether we are solving a challenging math problem, investigating a scientific phenomenon, or working together as a choir, students will be encouraged to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and take pride in their progress.

My hope is that this website becomes a useful tool for students and for the families supporting them at home. Whether you need a classroom resource, want to see what we are currently learning, need to review an assignment or expectation, or simply want to stay informed, you should be able to find what you need here.
Students and Families Your Feedback Is Welcome
I am always looking for ways to improve this website and better support our students. If there is a resource, study guide, explanation, or other information that would make learning easier or help you support your child at home, please let me know.
Questions, suggestions, and feedback are always welcome. Education works best when students, families, and teachers work together, and I look forward to partnering with you throughout the school year.
Be sure to explore the site, check back regularly for updates, and join me in making this a year of learning, confidence, creativity, and growth!
