Student Expectations

 

1. Follow the student handbook.
2. There will be instructions on the front of the board every morning, students should view the board every morning to know what is going on in class that day.
3. If students miss class, their missing assignments will be ready in an already determined place in my classroom. It's right next to where they collect and turn in assignments.
4. The first semester, I will accept late work; however, every day the assignment is late, it's a deduction of -10 points. The second semester, I will not accept late assignments.

*If your child has been sick and has a Dr.'s excuse, they have 2 days after they return before I consider their work late.*

5. Do not talk while I am going over notes, it's important to listen during those times.
6. Leave it how you found it. If the desk is clean when you arrive, make sure it's clean when you leave.

7. Follow all lab safety rules.

8. Do not sit at the lab tables unless it's a lab day.

9. Be respectful. Build each other up.

10. No profanity in the classroom.
