To help us stay organized and ensure money is properly handled,please write the following information clearly on the envelope: 

1. Your child's first and last name 

2. The amount of money enclosed 

3. The purpose of the money ( e.g. book order,field trip, school picture, school activity , etc.) 

4. My name : Ms. Calle 

With many students and various collections happening, this system helps prevent mix- ups and ensures that money goes where it's intended. Plus , if an envelope is misplaced, the information helps to get returned quickly and safe .
