Reading: 

70% weekly reading tests 

30 % phonic quizzes  

Writing : 

70% writing assignments 

15% weekly word study tests 

15% Grammar

Math : 

80% chapter tests

20% timed addition and subtraction quizzes 

Social Studies /Health / Science: 

Chapter quizzes ,homework assignments,discussion/ paricipation 

All tests and quizzes will be graded. Students will recieve grades for participation and discussion,classwork, and home projects. 

 

Grading Scale : 

A+ =  100 -97

A  =  96-93 

A- =  92-90

B +=   89-87

B  =  86-83 

C+ = 79-77

C = 76-73 

C- = 73-70 

D = 69 -65 

F = 64 - below
