PARENT COMMAND CENTER SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

- Click “Register a New User”-fill in the information below.
- Select relationship to child
- Type Last Name (As shown in JPAMS)
- Enter PSN (last 5 digits of the child’s social security #)
- Click Submit
- Follow the onscreen directions to set up your child’s personal username and password
