My name is Anneka Reese and I am a 1st grade teacher at Clara Hall Elementary School. I have been in education for 5 years and love teaching students the skills they need to be successful in life. I'm so excited for this school year. We will be learning new things and making new friends. When students walk in my classroom, they will feel love and welcomed.
My goal is to help your child to be independent and a responsible learner, as well as, to show him/her how to make responsible choices. To accomplish this goal, there will be regular homework/assignments that the students will need to complete. These assignments will help the students master the skills that we are working on in class. My expectations for the students will be high. They will need to work hard and do their best. Throughout the year, there will times in which parents can meet with me to discuss any problems or concerns they may have about their child.
