District Grade Calculations for Report Cards:
S1 = (P1 x 2 + P2 x 2 + E1) / 5
S2 = (P3 x 2 + P4 x 2 + E2) / 5
F1 = (P1 x 2 + P2 x 2 + E1 + P3 x 2 + P4 x 2 + E2) / 10

The midterm exam is 1/5 of the F1 grade as is the final exam.
