-PT Workout 1.

 

-30 X Marine Corps count jumping jacks

-20 X Marine Corps count Mountain Climbers

-20 X Marine Corps count Cherry Pickers

-20 X Marine Corps count Steam Engines

 

-3 X (25 X single count push-ups followed by 25 X Single count crunches)

     --Do all push-ups on your toes...if you can.

     --No more than 1 minute rest in between sets (a set consists of a push-ups/crunch combo)

 

-30 X Marine Corps count jumping jacks

-20 X Marine Corps count Mountain Climbers

-20 X Marine Corps count Cherry Pickers

-20 X Marine Corps count Steam Engines

-PT Workout 2.

 

-10 X Push-ups, 10 X Body Squats

-9 X Push-ups, 9 X Body Squats

-8 X Push-ups, 8 X Body Squats

-7 X Push-ups, 7 X Body Squats

--Continue down the ladder until you get to 1 X Push-up & 1 X Body Squat

-PT Workout 3

 

-Warm-up with 50 X Single count Jumping Jacks

 

-20 Second Plank (Only forearms and toes may touch the ground...keep your back straight)

-1 Minute rest

-40 Second Plank

-1 Minute rest

-1 Minute Plank...DON'T CHEAT

-5 Minutes rest

 

-Do this 4 times: As many push-ups as possible in 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds then do as many crunches as possible in 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds & repeat push-up/crunches combo for a total of four rounds. All push-ups on your toes if possible. 

 

-Last thing... Do as many reps as possible of body squats in one minute... Record your number and tell me how many you completed on each workout!

-PT Workout 4

  

-Warm-up with 50 X Single count Jumping Jacks

 

-Do as many burpees that you can in 5 minutes, record your number, and let me know how many you did via a Remind text or an email. See the attached video below on the proper way to complete a burpee. Good Luck...this is a tough one!!

-Complete any two PT workouts from above. Your choice as to which workouts you do. Just do two of the above workouts within a 1-week period.

-PT Workout 6 

 

-Warm-up with 50 X Single Count Jumping Jacks

 

-Complete 100 X Push-ups (on your toes or on your knees). You may break this up any way you like, but all 100 push-ups must be completed within a 30-minute period.

 

-Complete 100 X Body Squats. You may break this up any way you like, but all 100 body squats must be completed within a 30-minute period.

 

-Complete 100 X Crunches. You may break this up any way you like, but all 100 crunches must be completed within a 10-minute period period.
