My name is Elyse Waguespack and I have been a resident of St. John the Baptist Parish for over 30 years.  I have been a nurse since 2006 and have always enjoyed educating patients and their families to promote wellness!  It is an honor and a priviledge to teach the students at East St. John about healthcare and their own wellness! Welcome to my class -Health Occupations !  Health Occupations is the foundational class for our medical programs at East St. John.   In this class you will learn about the history of healthcare, the many careers in healthcare, and a broad range of the body and how it works! You will also learn about infection prevention and earn a CPR certification! I hope we have a great year !
