To help us start off on the right foot, please bring the following items on the first day of school:

 

• 2 wallet-sized pictures - one of yourself and one of your family. We will be using them to make a special project.
• 1 book that is “just right” for you (not too hard and not too easy) - if you need help choosing some books, please let me know. We have an extensive classroom Library. :)  
• A 3-subject notebook (wide-ruled)
• Sharpened number 2 pencils with erasers (no pop-a-point or mechanical pencils)
• 1 box of markers
• 1 box of crayons
• 2 glue sticks
• A large pencil pouch
• 1 pair of scissors 
• 2 dry erase markers
• Headphones for the Chrome Book
• A HEALTHY, allergy-friendly snack and lunch 
• A refillable water bottle (no glass, please)
• And last but not least ~ a SMILE!! Remember that your eyes smile too! :)

 

Each student will be given a School Agenda that they will need to write in each day and return to school signed the next school day.

** In addition, they will each receive a Purple Homework Folder. 

It will have their Daily Schedule, Class and Individual passwords, and pertinent information included.

**Optional items:  small pencil sharpener, tissues for the classroom.  Please label all items with your child’s name.
