No Idling! It's the Law!

Please help  us be kind to our environment and kind to ourselves by adhearing to the "no idling" law.

This law was enacted to keep our air and water ways clean. Turn your engines off while dropping students

off in the morning or picking them up in the afternoon.

There will be signs posted in the parking lot to remind us all of the "no idling" law. Please sign and return the "Anti-idling pledge" and help maintain our school-wide pledge to maintain healthy air and water in our area.

What is "Idling"? Idling is when a motor vehicle with a gas or diesel ending is running but not in motion. Vehicles should not be left to idle for more than 3 minutes. Idling for just 10 minutes per day can waste more than 29 gallons of gas per year.

So help us stay healthy, reduce pollution, reduce gas usage, and reduce costs!
