What is Renaissance?

A committee that recognizes, rewards and celebrates our students who show good grades, attendance, and conduct themselves in a postive light to their peers and show school spirit

 

How to Qualify for Renaissance?

Gold Card

• 1 unexcused absence/3 latenesses per marking period
• All A's
• No discipline referrals
• Particpation in one school-sponsored club, sport, service organization or a similar community-based organization approved by the school.
• Allowed one documented family vacation per year (Pending Administrative Approval)

 

Blue Card

• 2 unexcused absences/ 3 latenesses per marking period
• All A's and B's
• No discipline referrals
• Particpation in one school-sponsored club, sport, service organization or a similar community-based organization approved by the school.
• Allowed one documented family vacation per year (Pending Administrative Approval)

 

 

RENAISSANCE CARD HOLDER PRIVLEDGES

Gold Card- Principals List 

 

• Preferential Lunch Line Status – Students with a Gold Card will be called up to the lunch line first

• Free admission to select school sponsored events

• Attend quarterly reward activities and other special Renaissance privileges as they are planned

 

Blue Card- Honor Roll 

 

• Preferential Lunch Line Status – Students with a Blue Card will be called up to the lunch line second

• Half off admission to select school sponsored events.

• Attend quarterly reward activities and other special Renaissance privileges as they are planned

 

 

Additional Information:

 

Students will see if they qualified for Renaisance during their lunch period 

Lost cards will be replaced for a $1.00 fee

 

All incentives are subject to change. Also, any abuse of the membership rights or privileges may be grounds for the removal of the student’s Renaissance Card.
