Mrs. Kirby
I am Mrs. Kirby and I am very happy to be your teacher this year.
I have loved to teach ever since I was a little girl and I always knew that I was going to
become a teacher. I was born in Costa Rica, so I can speak both English and Spanish.
I love history and science, but most of all I love to learn. I have my degree in Preschool
Education form the University of Costa Rica and I am certified by the state of
New Jersey as a Pre-K to third grade teacher and also as a Special Education teacher.
I have also completed my course in ELS and I'm very excited to be supporting our
English learners here at TES! I look forward to assist our multicultural families
as well.
This is my twelfth year at Tuckerton Elementary School, and I love working here!!!
I love my family. I enjoy spending time with my kids and they love learning as much as I do.
My favorite place is the beach. I like running and exercising. My hobbies are reading,
scrap booking, knitting and crafting of any kind! I love working at Tuckerton Elementary
and I am looking forward to a different but wonderful school year!

Me encanta enseñar desde que era niña y siempre supe que iba a
ser una maestra. Nací en Costa Rica, por lo que puedo hablar tanto inglés como español.
Me encanta la historia y la ciencia, pero sobre todo me encanta aprender. Tengo mi título en Educacion preescolar
de la Universidad de Costa Rica y estoy certificado por el estado de
Nueva Jersey como maestra de Pre-K a tercer grado y también como maestra de Educación Especial.
También completé mi curso en ELS y estoy muy emocionada de apoyar a nuestros
estudiantes de inglés aquí en TES. Espero poder ayudar a nuestras familias multiculturales.

¡¡¡Este es mi doceavo año en la Escuela Primaria de Tuckerton y me encanta trabajar aquí!!!Quiero mucho a mi familia. Disfruto pasar tiempo con mis hijos y a ellos les encanta aprender tanto como a mí.
Mi lugar favorito es la playa. Me gusta correr y hacer ejercicio. Mis pasatiempos son leer,
tejer y las manualidades de cualquier tipo! Me encanta trabajar en la escuela primaria Tuckerton.
¡Y espero con ansias un año escolar diferente pero maravilloso!
