Students in the grades 3-5 InvestiG.A.T.E. program visit Mrs. Laman's classroom two to three times each week. The themes for each grade level are listed below. Students will be immersed in various unit studies that incorporate all the disciplines. InvestiG.A.T.E. is not a replacement class for the elementary students, so they will be expected to make up any classwork they miss while they're out of their classroom.

- Grade 3: relationships and symbols
- Grade 4: mysteries
- Grade 5: exploration
