Grades and Conferences

 

 

Students in grades K-3 receive the following grades:

NS = Needs Support

AS = Approaching Standards

MS = Meets Standards

ES = Exceeds Standards

 

This falls under two standards:

1. Demonstrates understanding of skills and concepts such as; singing, melody, beat, rhythm, and expression.

 

 

2. Participates with effort, cooperates, and follows directions.

 

 

 

The description of each standard for every grade level is listed below.

 

Kindergarten
