Daily Activity/Assignment(s): Students will learn a lesson a day (unless curriculum suggests otherwise).
Homework: Homework is given each day in Math to reinforce what was taught in class. This does include some weekends (when the content needs extra reinforcement). At times, weekend homework may be “Optional Bonus” for an upcoming test (students/parents will be notified as such). It is imperative that students complete their Math HW and receive any assistance needed by a parent/guardian when completing. I will provide resources on my teacher website (accessible through OnCourse – under construction until 8/16) to aid parents and students with Math HW.
Tests: Quizzes/Tests are given upon completion of topics as well as end-of-modules. Advance notices will be given, but please note that any/all materials used throughout the lessons may be used on the topic quizzes as resources. Please help your child stay organized and instruct them to keep all materials (in red Math folder) until told otherwise. Study guides will be provided for end-of-module assessments as the materials will not be used.
