What you will learn in this course:
Students will learn Real Estate concepts and if they are 18 years old at the time of graduation you can register for the 75 hour pre licensing course with a third party & then sign up for the NJ State exam. Students will also learn concepts such as consumer behavior, sales, advertising, and promotion. Students will develop the appropriate entrepreneurship and public speaking skills. Students will create a career portfolio.
How you will learn in this course:
Students will utilize hands on techniques of learning. Teacher will lecture and students will have the ability to get their ideas across with effective communication, identify and fix performance gaps with problem solving and create new opportunities for organizational or personal growth. Students will lead others to accomplish a shared goal by working together. Students will also manage projects themselves and maintain their character and integrity by acting ethically.
