5th Grade Reminders

 

ALL CURRENT(2023-24) 5th GRADE

 

 

The New Jersey Department of Health requires all students ENTERING GRADE 6

 to have the following:

 

 

ONE booster dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis  (Tdap)

 

ONE dose of Meningococcal vaccine
