Testing & Grades

 

Testing days will vary depending on when we finish a Math Topic. Those students who do not maintain a “C” or higher in any subject will receive a Failure Notice in his/her "TAKE HOME" folders during the  9 weeks. Students must have a “70/C” or higher in math and reading in order to pass the 2nd grade. 

 

 

Birthday Parties

 

In 2nd grade, we love to celebrate birthdays! Please contact your child’s homeroom teacher for an appropriate date and time. Due to the importance of instructional time, only cupcakes are allowed.

 

Weekly Study Guide

 

We want to make sure you are informed of upcoming events and what your child is learning at school. A weekly study guide will come home and be posted each Monday. It will contain what we are doing in each math lesson and any upcoming events or important information. 

 

 

BABY WILDCAT  Folders

 

BABY WILDCAT folders will be sent home every Wednesday with the previous week’s test papers and any important notes. Please review the papers, sign the conduct sheet, and return on Thursday.
