Hello! I just wanted to give a few quick words about myself for those of you who don't know me.
I am a local girl, born and raised in Lower Alloways Creek. I attended LAC Elementary School and Salem High School. I graduated from Rowan University in 2010 with bachelors' degrees in elementary education and writing arts. I currently hold teaching certificates in elementary education k-5 and special education k-12. Before working at Elsinboro, I had been substitute teaching since 2007 in various elementary schools throughout Salem County. I started substitute teaching at Elsinboro in January of 2013 and was hired as a one-on-one aide for the kindergarten classroom in September of 2013. Soon after, I was hired as the new special education teacher for grades k-5. In September of 2022, I became the new 4th/5th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher. I married my husband, Jimmy, on April 21, 2018 and we live right here in Elsinboro! We have two children, Emersyn and Luke. I love Elsinboro and am very excited to be part of such a wonderful school!
