Using the MLA Format
1. Websites-
(Note: If a website does NOT have an author, editor, or name of an organization, then leave it out.)
Author’s Last Name, First Name. “Title of Article or specific webpage”. Title of overall website.
Publisher’s Name or Sponsor’s Name (if not available use N.p.), Day Month Year the website
was updated or published. (use n.d. if not available) Web. Day Month Year accessed. web
address.
Example:

2. Books (print)
Author, last name first. Title of Book. (italicized)City of Publication: Publisher’s Name, Year of
