CW 1. CUBE  Introduction and Directions

 

Circle or highlight the heading or title. Describe in a few

words or ask a question about the title.

 

Underline important names, dates, and places. Describe

when necessary. *Do not have to repeat.

 

Box any unknown words or phrases; Look them up and define.

 

E) 1 Star or draw a key next to at least 3 important ideas.

 Explain why/ the significance in 1-2 sentences.

 

E) 2 At the bottom of the entire text, in 5-7 sentences,

summarize the main idea and author’s position on the topic.
