Course Summary
Full Year Course 5 Credits
The Business Law course is designed to inform students about business and personal law principles that everyone uses daily. Students will explore topics related to the Constitution and our judicial system, criminal and civil law, laws relating to consumers, business firms, and the elements of contracts. Instructional strategies may be modified based on the student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) as per N.J.A.C. 6A: 14-4.6.
