2. Yes/No. Are you willing to participate in physical activities to include events such as: push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, and the 1 mile run?
3. Yes/No. (Males) On uniform day are you willing to adhere to U.S. Army Cadet Command regulations governing proper grooming standards for males which include; neatly groomed haircuts (not touching the ears or collar), no earrings, cornrows/braids or other similar hairstyles?
4. Yes / No. (Females) On uniform day are you willing to adhere to U.S. Army Cadet Command regulations governing proper grooming standards for females which include hair of natural color, worn up off the shirt collar and not covering the eyes; one set of stud or ball type earrings and no excessive jewelry?Failure to comply with this policy may result in disenrollment from the JROTC program.
5. Yes / No. Are you willing to get involved in after-school activities such as the JROTC Drill Team, Color Guard, Raider and Academic / Leadership Teams?
6. Yes / No. Are you willing to participate in Saturday and after-school events such community service, fund raisers, fitness tests, field trips, battalion formations, parades, cook-outs, military ball and awards banquets?
7. Yes / No. Are you willing to accept direction and instruction from JROTC instructors and senior student cadets in a respectful manner?
8. Yes / No. Are you willing to uphold and memorize the JROTC Cadet Creed?
