My name is Mr. Edwards and I am the Intellectually Gifted teacher at University Middle School for grades 6 - 8. I will spend a great deal of time with your child during the school year. I have planned many interesting and exciting topics for my students.
My students will cover topics dealing with STEM education. The definition of STEM education is the preparation of students in competencies and skills in the four disciplines (science, technology, engineering, and math). STEM education creates critical thinkers, increases science literacy, and fosters the next generation of innovators.
As a parent, you are the most important person in your child’s life, and we need to work together for your child’s benefit.
