Team Description
The Mock Trial Team is an academic varsity team which competes in several different trials throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. The case which the team will primarily be working with is provided by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation and includes rules, witness affidavits/testimonies, as well as the statement of facts. Students are expected to work together to produce the strategies for their case and be prepared to argue for both the plaintiff/prosecution and the defense sides. In Januaray a county wide interscholastic competition will take place at the Ocean County Court House in Toms River.
