Drawing: shapes, self portraits, family, home, favorite character, free draw

Coloring/Painting: (ask them to tell about their artwork when completed and write what they dictate) 

 

Reading: (ask them to re-tell the story, describe what’s on the page, talk about a favorite part, tell a new ending to the story, ask how the story is like their life) 

 

Exercising: Indoor/Outdoor activities (running, jumping, playing ball, etc.)
