READ!!!!  Then go and read some more!!  Keep  reading!! Every single skill for speech can be

 practiced through reading. Find something  that interests you, it can be a magazine, a book, an article, a recipe, ANYTHING IN PRINT!! Skills for class and therapy can be combined in a simple manner-READING!!!!  Articulation drills-read aloud, semantics-define the meaning of words in text, narrative recall-summarize that paragraph, question skills- asking questions about the story, sequencing-what happened first, etc.  All language skills can be targeted with stories, articles, and text.  If you aren't sure what your child should be reading PLEASE email or call me.
