Transportation Technologies SYLLABUS


Curriculum Map


This course introduces students to the world of transpiration technologies of the past, present, and future. In this course students will be taught how the following transpiration technologies; CO2 cars, mousetrap vehicles, solar power, wind power, gravity power, steam power, hydrogen fuel cell power, electric power, mobile robots, rubber band powered vehicles, and gasoline power. During the design process of these land vehicles, the students must consider human-factored engineering and the environment in which the vehicles will be operated. This course will also include the basic maintenance, repairs and transportation systems that are utilized in a regular car.
