Biography
I am a South Jersey native and grew up in Atlantic City. After graduating from Atlantic City High School, I attended Barnard College, Columbia University where I earned my B.A. in an interdisciplinary study of History and English. After working in public relations in New York City, I realized that I wanted to teach English, so I enrolled at Teachers College, Columbia University where I earned my M.A. in English Education.
This year is my twenty-fifth as an English teacher, and my fourteenth in the Egg Harbor Township School District. Prior to my employment here, I taught for one year in the New York City Public Schools and then spent ten years teaching English in Cape May.
I am excited about teaching English III Honors and look forward to a wonderful year!
