I am a lifelong resident of West Deptford. I am a graduate of West Deptford High School and Glassboro State College ( now Rowan University). I have been teaching third grade in West Deptford for 36 years. I am looking forward to the start of my 37th year with this years third grade class of 2024-2025.
I have two daughters. My daughter Allison is 26 years old. She graduated from West Deptford High School on June 16, 2016. She also graduated from York College of Pennsylvania on December 18, 2019 with a degree in criminal justice and a minor in accounting. She has just completed her second degree. She also now has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Family University. My daughter Emily is 19 years old. Emily graduated from West Deptford High School on June 16, 2023. She is going to Stockton University. She is going into her second year this fall as an English education major.
We have a cat and a dog. Our cat is named Trouble. Yes she lives up to her name! Our dog's name is Finnley. He is a Morkie ( Maltese and Yorkie mix). He will be six years old on November 30, 2023.
When not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family. We all love going to concerts, movies, and out to eat. I also enjoy reading on my ipad in my spare time.
