Tossing/Throwing/Catching

 

 

Students will learn about proper technique to toss, throw, and catch during this unit

 

Tossing

• Step with your opposite foot
• Your arm goes tik/tok like a clock

 

Throwing

• Turn your body sideways
• Point to your target
• Step and throw

 

Catching

• Pinkies or Thumbs together
• Look through the window
• Soft hands like a pillow
