CLASS RULES

    

 
Discipline Policy 
 

In order to guarantee your child and all the students in my classroom the excellent learning climate they deserve, I am utilizing the following discipline plan for better learning in class.  
 

  Class starts on time and Students are expected to enter the room promptly, quietly, and orderly.

  Students will be on time in class when the bell rings - get seated-- their assigned seat quietly and right away.

  Students will bring textbook,  notebook, pencil, Graph Paper and paper to class every day.

  Students will ask permission before speaking.

  Students will ask permission to leave their desks.

  Students will not eat or drink in the classroom.   These rules will be in effect at all times.

  Students will follow instructions the first time they are given.

  The teacher dismisses class not the ringing of the bell. All students are to treat others, themselves and school properly and with respect.

 

My Philosophy

I believe all students can behave appropriately in my classroom. It is essential that students not stop the teaching/learning process by misbehaving.  For these and other reasons, misbehavior will not be tolerated.

 

 

Consequences  
 

   Student will be given a verbal warning.

   Student will have conference with the teacher.  (During the conference it will be communicated to the student that a rule has been broken and appropriate behavior is required at all times by the student.)

   Parent or Guardian will be contacted.  (Phone call or in-person).

   Student will be referred to an administrator.
 

Students will automatically be sent to the office for any severe offense.
