Need an awesome aerobic circuit training workout for home? Try the following exercises in a circuit format. It takes only 15 minutes to help make your heart stronger.
 
What you need...
  • Safe and comfortable space to exercise.
  • Your favorite music.
  • Make it even more fun with friends and family to exercise with. 


How to do it...

  • Start your favorite music.
  • Set your timer to give a signal every 30-60 seconds.
  • Perform the exercises below.
  • Change to a different exercise every 30-60 seconds.
  • Exercise for at least 15 minutes three times a week.
