Big thank you to everyone who tried out for the softball team this spring season 2026. It was nice to see so many more girls interested in playing.  Ms. Denny, Ms. Miller, and I were really impressed with your hustle, how well you took coaching, and the talent you brought to the field over the last three days. 

 

Building this roster was tough. We had to weigh our team goals against everyone’s individual strengths, and we saw that many of the younger players could hold their own against the upperclassmen. If you didn't make it this year, please keep playing on your current teams and look for clinics or camps over the winter. We will be losing a strong group of 8th graders, so we want you ready to compete for a spot next season.

 

The following players should be at practice Monday from 3:30 to 5:00PM. We’ll go over team expectations and review some items and roles prior to heading to the field in coaches rm #26 {listen to announcements} .  A reminder  that playing time is decided by the coach and will not be distributed equally among the team but I am committed to finding every player a role in our regular season games.          ** Players committing to the team will need to pay a $115.00 sports activity fee.
