Hello Families,

 

I’m so excited to be working with you this year and wanted to share a little about myself so you can get to know me better!

 

I was born and raised in Cape May Court House, New Jersey, and spent my summers waitressing in Wildwood Crest and enjoying the beach with friends and family. I earned my undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey and later completed my master’s degree at Marygrove College.  I began my teaching career in South Brunswick and, after two years, got married and moved to Long Valley, joining the wonderful community at Old Farmers Road School in 1999. I’ve been here ever since! My children grew up in Long Valley and are both proud Old Farmers alumni. My daughter, Morgan, recently graduated from Centenary University with a degree in Elementary Education, and my son, Evan, is beginning his second year at The College of New Jersey.

 

When I do find a bit of free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, spending time with family and friends, and participating in competitive ballroom dancing—it keeps me moving and brings a lot of joy!

 

I’m looking forward to a fantastic school year ahead!
