Dear Students and Parents,
Welcome back to a new school year! My name is Mary Branco and I am a special education teacher at Old Farmers Road School. I will have your child in my class for Grade 4 math instruction.
Here is the list of the required materials for Grade 4 math:
- Homework folder (can be used for all subjects)
- 12 Sharpened pencils/pencil case
- 1 Glue stick (to be kept in the math classroom)
- 2 Highlighters any color
- 1 Eraser
- 1 Pair of scissors that fit his/her hand but not too pointy (safe for school use)
- 1 Box of tissues
- 1 Container of hand wipes
Students will be using an agenda to record their daily homework assignments. Students and parents should check this each day for important assignments. Log-in information relating to xtramath.org will be written in the front of your child’s agenda. The link to this website is provided in the sidebar on my teacher webpage.
Also check the home folder each day for homework materials, important notes, or completed/returned work.
