Computer Lab Manners

 

Student Promise:

 

Come to the Computer Lab ready to listen and learn and do the best job you can!

 

Only go on the Internet when instructed to do so and only to teacher-assigned websites.  Personal game websites are not allowed.

 

Many children use these computers, so please be gentle and treat the equipment with respect.

 

Please do not move the icons or toolbars or change the appearance of the desktop.

 

Use good posture and sit with feet on the floor.

 

Type with clean hands.  Keep your fingers on the "home row".

 

Earphones break easily.  Please treat them with care.

 

Raise your hand to ask a question or to get help.  Everyone benefits from good manners.

 

Share interesting things you find on the internet, but remember - never type in personal information.

 

 I have spelled "COMPUTERS" and learned the rules.  I promise to follow them while I'm at school!
