Searching for a shining light.

One moth said, “I must go to bed!”

Math – Hippity, Hoppity, How Many?  (20b) Mighty Minute #7

Close your fists in front of your body.  Shake your fists a few times and say,

Hippity, hoppity!...How many?

Quickly hold up some fingers on each hand.  Have your child count the

combined number of fingers you’re holding up.

With the child, write that number in the air with your finger.  Stand so that the

child can see the correct orientation of the number.

Do this a few times, then give your child a turn to choose the number of fingers.
