1). Choose an area of fitness from the video link below.
2). Get your 160 minute weekly workout/activity in!
3). Log your activity/workout!
4). After you complete and log your activity, please have your parent or guardian sign in the designated area to validate your workout!
5). Repeat for the next 10 days!

You will be given a list of categories and activities that represent the fitness plan. Each day, pick one activity, log exactly what it is that you did in that activity (ie. pushups, running, basketball soccer...) and have your parent/guardian initial the appropriate area. Note: each component of fitness (in the chart) is an example of activites that can be used throughout this ten-day program.
