My name is Thomas Hampel. I am one of the Health and Physical Education teachers at Paulsboro High School. I currently am teaching in my 5th year at PHS and teach grades 7-12. I am currently the boys track coach which I have been coaching since I started here at PHS. I graduated not far from Paulsboro from Woodbury High School where I played Baseball for 3 years until making the switch to Track. I was a state champion in the 4x400 relay in 2007 for track. I furthered my education at Gloucester County College (Rowan College of South Jersey), West Chester University and Rowan University. I am married to my wife Jessica and have a Goldendoodle (dog) named Murphy.
