Just some suggestions and websites to utilize while we are away from each other. I will post position specific sites to visit at various times and am available for any questions or concerns.  If you haven't already, follow our twitter page @PaulsboroRed which will have daily videos to include in your workout routines.

All players:

  • Long toss as regularly as possible, this may include throwing with a friend or family member.
  • J-Bands if able
  • Dry Swings. Work on each of the zones in the strike zone visualizing the pitch and putting a good swing on the baseball. 50 swings daily at a minimum
  • Tee work if able.
  • Front toss if able
  • BP if able

Infielders:

  • Find a wall and work the different positional positions (middle of body, forehand, backhand) both with a glove and without a glove.  A tennis ball will work great.
  • work on your footwork on turns and relays
  • live ground balls with a friend or family member

Outfielders:

  • Continue your positional stuff that you have been doing daily with Coach Scott
  • Have someone throw you/fungo you/tennis racket balls to continue to work on routes and catching the ball moving forward.

Pitchers:

  • Continue to run your sprintsa few times per week (4-45s, 4-60s, 4-90s)
  • Try and throw a 25-40 pitch pen to a screen, family member, net, etc twice per week.
  • Continue to work on your pickoff moves
  • Continue to work on getting in your back hip and "riding the slide" down the mound
