  Welcome to Mr. Chila's Physical Education Class!

PHYSICAL EDUCATION PLAN

 

*Students will have the option to complete Plan 1, Plan 2  or a combination of both. The log should be turned in weekly!

 

~All assignments are available on-line and in print.  For those students that do not have internet access or choose to complete plan 2, you will be given a list of categories and activities that represent the fitness plan. Each day, pick one life long fitness activity, log exactly what it is that you did in that activity (ie. pushups, running, basketball soccer...) and have your parent/guardian initial the appropriate area. Note: each component of fitness (in the chart) is an example of activites that can be used throughout this ten-day program. If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, please make arrangements to pick up your work packet at PHS.~
