Ms. Sabatano 

Dear Parents,

     My name is Ms. Sabatano and I will be your child's teacher for this upcoming school year at Child Family Center.  The classroom is 215 and our class mascot is a sheep.  I look forward to meeting you and your families.  Please attend our Open House on Aug 31 to meet be and see your child's classroom for this upcoming school year.  

 

     This year promises to be filled with a lot of educational experiences and fun.  We use Teaching Strategies as our curriculum and the students will be taught using studies.  We will learn about the world around us as well as academic skills through these studies.  Examples of some of our studies are: Trees, Roads, Buildings, Clothing and Pets.  

 

     To begin the school year, your child will need:

* a backpack (not a rolling one, since we are on the 2nd floor)

* pull-ups and wipes (if not trained)

* a blanket and/or sheet for rest time

* a packed lunch or lunch money (We eat breakfast and lunch at school daily, as a class.)

* an extra set of clothes including socks and underwear (to be kept in cubby)

* a 2 pocket folder (one will be provided, but you can bring a different one if you choose.)  This must remain in bag every day for parent/teacher communication.
