Homework:
Homework will be assigned 4 - 5 days a week. Students should be in the habit of reviewing their work on a daily basis. Homework assignments will reinforce this process. Typical work should not take more than 20 minutes to complete unless the students are working on a project which is spread out over a series of days. Please remember that if no specific assignment was given during class, but a project is currently running its course, there is still the project HW to complete for the day. Please review assignments with your child to insure that they are completed accurately and to the best of their ability.
Late Homework will not be accepted without a parent signature on an R-Card and may have grade consequences and penalties attached. This policy of Ms. Sabb's is valid for 1st and 2nd MP's only.
During 3rd and 4th MP's, no late HW is accepted in preparation for the responsiblilty of turning in HW in a timely fashion.
Parental contact for late projects only will be concidered during the 3rd and 4th MP's.
Homework assignments can be checked online at:

It is the responsibility of the student to obtain and make up any elligible missed assignements, notes, homework, tests, or quizzes. Labs will be excused.
Make Up Work: Make up assignments including tests and quizzes must be completed upon return or by the length of time the student was absent (if the student is absent and the work was sent home, the work is due upon their return, signed by a parent and assessments should be taken ASAP.)
For instance, if the student was absent 3 days and the work was not sent home, the student has 3 days in which to get the work, complete it, and return it, signed by a parent, including assessments. Assesments can be made up during their lunch periods or after school so the student does not fall behind in their current work.
Any work not received by the due date as stated above, will receive the
lowest possible grade.
