Hello Pre-K!  My name is Mrs, Sandi Chacker and I am your child's Pre-Kindergarten teacher!  I am so happy that your child is in my class!  I have been teaching at Aura School for many years!  I taught many grade levels, but Pre-Kindergarten is very special!

This is your child's first "school" experience and it will be a lasting one!  We pave the way for your child's education, from this year on and watch your child become a "superstar"as well as learn independence! 

 

The most important thing this year is your child having good self esteem!  Each of your children are so unique!  When your child  leaves my class, it is important to have self confidence!  This is my main goal as well as teaching social, emotional and cognitive skills!

 

I attended Temple University where I worked very hard to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I went on to earn my Master's Degree in Special Education. I then got married and  have a wonderful husband,

2 amazing children and 4 fabulous grandchildren!

 

My hobbies include reading, cooking, vacationing with my whole family and friends.  A few of my favorite things are traveling, reading books from Barnes and Noble, holiday celebrations, eating dinner out and trying new restaurants.

My very favorite thing to do is teaching!

 

I look forward to meeting my new friends and old friends in my class!
