Expectations and Requirements

 

Welcome!  I am looking forward to working with you this year.  It is going to be a great year.  We are all going to work together to make this year very successful.  We need to remember some guidelines that will help make the year successful for everyone. 

 

It is important to come to class on time every day.  This means you are logged on to the meet on time with your notebook, textbook and a pencil.  We will begin each day with a focus activity/warm up.

 

Be respectful of your teacher as well as all your classmates.  Put downs, hurtful comments or actions will not be tolerated.  No one will be allowed disrupt the learning process for other students.  Think before you act.

 

Homework will be checked daily.  Nightly homework will be accepted one day after it is assigned for credit.  It will not be accepted more than one day late.  Each day a long term assignment is late it is lowered one letter grade.  Be sure to complete all assignments on time. 

 

Always ask for help if you do not understand something.
