This week is the SOUPER BOWL at school.  The cans of food will go to our local food bank.  Thank you for your donations!

 

The children have done an AMAZING job getting back into our classroom routine this week—I am so proud of them! Just a reminder that your child should be reading their book baggie Monday–Thursday with an adult to practice fluency and comprehension.

 

As the weather gets colder, please remember to send your child to school with a jacket or sweatshirt so they stay warm during our 20-minute recess.

 

We also have a daily snack time that lasts about 10 minutes. Please be sure your child brings a drink and a separate snack from their lunch.

Show your LOVE WEEK AT BGS

2/9 -  Show your love for BGS - wear school colors

2/10 - Show your love for your favorite thing!  Wear your favorite character, color, hobby, sport, activity, etc.

 

2/11 - 100th Day of School - dress like you are 100.

 

2/12 - Show your love for comfy clothes!  Wear your comfy sweats, sweatshirt, or anything else that makes you feel comfortable.

 

2/13 - Show your love for Valentine’s Day!  Wear something red, pink or white.

 

2/16 - NO SCHOOL for all

2/17 - NO SCHOOL teacher in-service
