With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, I currently serve as a Preschool Instructional Coach for the West New York School District—a role I’ve proudly held for the past 13 years. In this position, I collaborate closely with educators to support best practices in curriculum, classroom environment, and student assessment, ensuring our youngest learners receive the strong foundation they need to succeed.
Prior to coaching, I spent 12 wonderful years as a Pre-K teacher in West New York, where I nurtured a love of learning through play, exploration, and developmentally appropriate practices. My passion lies in helping teachers grow professionally while creating joyful, inclusive spaces where every child can thrive.
