Grading Policy

 

For grading my students, I will using 100& Sumative Points System for the following categories: 

 

100% Summative

 

In education, summative refers to assessments that occur at the end of a unit or term and cover the entirety of the material from that term. Summative assessments are usually more structured and standardized than formative assessments 

 

 * Each assessment wil be labled by the NJ Standards in which that particular assessment is evaluating, as well as the name of the assignmennt/assessment

 

Students can rewrite any paper if he/she did not get a desirable grade.  I will simply average the two grades (keeping in mind that the grade will never go lower than the original grade).
